What would cause a Sophos UTM 9 (v9.501) to block cache if the Web Protection/Filtering Options/Misc/Web Caching is not enabled? I have users who work in Bing Ads everyday and just today, Bing Ads (ui.bingads.microsoft.com, secure.bingads.microsoft.com) won't load. Page just spins. If a user connects via hotspot, unassociated with Sophos, and it works fine. Reconnecting to network, associated with Sophos, it works until the cache is cleared. After that, Sophos appears to be blocking cache from being reloaded. Any suggestions?
