IOS 10.2.1 and Youtube App

Recently updated ipads to 10.2.1 no longer can use the youtube app. If I add the ipad IP to the exception list, no problem works fine.

Anyone have a Exception list handy for the youtube app to be able to work again? Worked fine with IOS 9
