How to get Apple App store to work

Do anyone have their ipads working on Astaro 8,301 with scan https enable I am unable to get the ipads and apple tv to work, you can get to the movies and shows but cannot download or even preview them.

you can get to the ipads App store but unable to download. I put apple.com in the exceptions list but still unable to download. 

If you got the Ipad or apple tv to work could you please post settings

    If you by any means exclude SSL-Connections from being captured by the SSL-Proxy, you also need to set up a firewall rule that allows this https-traffic! Otherwise your proxy will leave the connection allone BUT your firewall will still drop the packets.

    Of course it depends on the details of your configuration.

    In most cases there will be no packetfilter rule that allows outgoing http/s to force users to use the proxy. Therefore any connection that bypasses the proxy (via proxy-profile, exception or skiplist) will be dropped by the firewall as long as there are no special rules active.

    You can handle this well by using network-groups in the webfilter configuration and setting up firewall rules for those groups.

    I had to add this as well to the web filter exclusions then it started working:

    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?mzstatic\.com\.?/
