starting from this morning all web sites appear uncategorized.
The problem seems generalized on all countries (EU).
Someone with the same problem?

I opened a ticket to the support and they confirmed there is a problem with their cloud services.
If you try to ping http.00.t.sophosxl.net you will see several packet loss.
I let you know if I have any news.

Indeed, I've tried to ping this address, and some packets are lost.
Restarted the "named" service hoping to get a different, good working IP resolved behind the DNS. No difference.
Did they give a ETA when it will be fixed?
We are also having same issue and the number of support calls this morning is rising.

Unfortunately they didn't give me an ETA.
However the case has been escaled.
Same issue here, all websites (even youtube.com) as uncategorized
Major disruption is service, allowing uncategorized as a workaround is not an option (security issue!)
Sophos please fix asap!

I tried several sites and it works as expected.
However I didn't yet receive the confirmation from the support team.

We experienced slow interwebs today as well. TLS handshakes took very long, once established, the pages appeared quickly.
However it seems to be resolved for a couple of hours now.

Hello Folks,Apologies for the inconvenience. This was caused due to the connectivity of the Web Categorization server in the Western Europe region. This is now resolved. please refer to Advisory: Sophos UTM 9 - Web Categorization Issues (Western Europe region)
