XG 125 blocking access to webmail

I am setting up a client PC in my lab. I need to log into company.com/webmail (mail server is mail.company.com). I can get to the webpage easily, however when I attempt to log in I get the following message: "A network error occurred during your login request. Please try again. If the condition persists, contact your network service provider."

I believe this is because the Sophos is blocking some type of handshake. Can you suggest what to look for/what to change to allow this to work?

    You'll want to post this question in the XG Firewall Community.  Start with checking the firewall and web logs.
