PPTP connection closed with error 619 after a few minutes

I have one client with recurring problems when using a PPTP tunnel. The connection works for a few minutes but then it is interrupted right in the middle of activity. Reconnection attempts fail with error 619 for several minutes and some time later it works again (for a few minutes)
This is how the session ends according to logs:

  • I don't know much about PPTP, so I'm making a slightly-educated guess: is it possible that there's a flaky connection and that there's a double-NAT somewhere?

    Cheers - Bob
