VPN from Fritzbox 7490 to Public Sophos UTM

Hello,

I have a FritzBox 7490 - 192.168.0.254

I have a Sophos with Public IP: 32.46.xx.xxx

I want to setup a VPN connection between both. How can I do this?

I have setup a FritzBox User and got some Preshard Key and Username and Password

Very easy ! FritzBox supports IPsec based VPNs als well as the UTM

So just setup a simple LAN to LAN VPN on the FritzBox:

Thank you! The config files worked perfect for me

I was always trying to setup with XAuth.

The Problem now is that die VPN connection always disconnects. How can I setup permanent connection?

Hallo TO and welcome to the UTM Community!

Is DPD selected in the UTM and the FritzBox? If that's not it, show a picture of the Edit of the IPsec Policy in the UTM and of the corresponding policy in the FritzBox.

I needed to reinstall the System now.

I setup the connection again with VPN Profile as before. But now I dont get any connection.

What should I enter at: "Local RSA Key VPN Options" . IP-address or Hostname? Hostname and IP of Sophos ?

Preshared Key Settings "VPN ID type" --> IP-address or Hostname?

Enable probing of preshared keys ?
