Change External IP & Interface: Need new Config files?

Changing ISP, so need to change my public DNS record for my SSL VPN clients.  In addition I will have to change the Interface Address in the SSL Settings. Will this require all users to need to update their config files?   Since the config file appears to use the public DNS URL from the override host name, and not the public IP it seems they will not. But I was concerned by changing the Interface address it might regenerate them.

  • I usually have "Any" in 'Interface Address', but, no, changing from "Any" to a specific address just limits where SSL Remote Access listens and, you're right, it has no effect on the .ovpn config file.
