object is already locked for deployment

Hi

started getting an error when trying to deploy a network definition (host) object from SUM to UTMs.

Error

The following errors occurred while trying to deploy the global definitions:

One object is already locked for deployment

It's only started happening and we've had the SUM/UTMs in place for a few years.  Anyone got any ideas?

I've tried creating a brand new network definition but I still get the same error.  If I try to delete these definitions I get "an unknown error occurred" presumably because the definition is locked.  I can rename and edit the definitions though

Didn't see anything useful in the SUM logs except an entry relating to the deployment lock although to be honest I'm not sure what I'm looking for  :)
