Top Applications not showing.

Hi,

Our SG330 Firewall is not showing Top applications and Top applications categories under Web Protection. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here. But maybe it's something easy?

In 'Web Protection >> Application Control', is 'Network Visibility' enabled?

Yes it's been enabled ever since, but top application and categories still not showing.

That sounds like a broken PostgreSQL database. If you don't mind losing the history in Reporting (doesn't affect the logs), try the following as root at the command line:

/etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild

Is this suppose to take effect right away? I also waited for a few hours now but doesn't seem to make any changes. :(

Yes, if that had been the problem, that would have had an immediate effect. If you have a paid license, get someone to look at your UTM.

Yes, if that had been the problem, that would have had an immediate effect. If you have a paid license, get someone to look at your UTM.
