Access modem from RED

I have a RED currently set in Standard/Unified mode like:

Internet
 |
Modem (in router mode)
 | 192.168.20.1
 |
 | 192.168.20.x
RED =================== head office 10.0.0.0/8
 | 
 |
 | 10.42.1.0/24
LAN

I want a device at head office to be able to access the modem on 192.168.20.1. Is this possible in Standard/Unified mode? Is it possible in any mode? I was originally planning on using VLAN's but VLAN on RED has some pretty terrible restrictions that make it unusable for me, so swapping RED to another mode isn't out of the question

In Unified, all traffic is sent to the home office. In Split, traffic that is not in the tunnel is routed by the RED, so I would think that the modem could be reached in that mode by a device in the remote LAN behind the RED. I don't think it's possible for any device in the home office to reach the modem. This is another example of why I prefer an SG 115 with a Network Protection subscription to a RED 50.
