deployment of RED20/RED60

hi guys,

can somebody tell if there is already support for the new RED20 and RED60 devices in SG UTMs?

We have an SG UTM running version 9.702-1 and i can only select RED10/15/50.

Hello Toni,

you have to update to 9.703 for that. But wait! There has been a problem with that ... :-)

Are there any informations available about the used protocols/ports for the new SD-RED devices?

I have to connect a SD-RED20 to an UTM appliance behind another firewall that forwards the ports.
Is it still UDP port 3410 and TCP port 3400?

I don't see any relevant KB article yet, Kevin, so I would assume they're the same. If you ask Support, please let us know if there are different ports.
