How to recovery "bricked" RED 15w?

After ugly power supply failure (off-on-off-on-.....) is our RED 15w (not under warranty) stuck in boot loop. On COM console I can see the booting process, where after approx. 40s is initiated reboot and all goes again from start. All the time only power LED lights, when reboot starts all other LEDs shortly blinks.

It looks like it is broken software. There's a guide how to recovery RED 10 (https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/118843), but no info about possibility of recovery RED 15w.

Does anybody have any experience with recoverying this model of RED?

    Unfortunately, if the model isn't listed on that KB article then the process will need to be an RMA. The easiest thing to do is to contact support, we'll raise a case, send you a form to fill out & then we'll be able to RMA the device for you
