RED troubleshooting

We have six reds in our environment and all have worked flawlessly.

Now one RED is dropping connection here and there. it will run fine for a couple days and then drop for a couple minutes. I've opened tickets with the ISPs and everyone swear their circuits have not blipped.

Where do I look to pin down the problem?

  • Have you tried deleting the RED definition and then re-creating it?  If not, I'm curious if the following would fix it:

    1. Make a config backup.
    2. Delete the configuration for that RED.  Don't forget to write down the Unlock Code before deleting it!
    3. Wait 15 minutes and then do a restore.

    If that doesn't work, does delete/create work?
