Hi there,

in the old Astaro.org Forum there was some Threads about this issu...

Self: SSL accept attempt failed with unknown error error:140890B2:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_CLIENT_CERTIFICATE:no certificate returned

Can someone help me to fix this error for this RED Problem?

Did you make any changes to the UTM, like apply any up2dates before this started happening? Can you try removing, then re-adding the RED configuration to the UTM (remember to jot down the unlock code)?

I have this same issue. Up2Date updated firmware on my UTM, and now RED50 won't connect. Same error but slightly different error number. Deleted RED and re-added from UTM setup but still same error.

If that didn't work Brett, and you've already tried rebooting a couple times, I'd get a case open with Sophos Support incase the unit needs to be replaced.

Yes ended up getting support into it and firmware update got corrupted. Unit was bricked, they had to send me a replacement.
