RED port forwarding

Hi,

Curretly we have a port forwarding in our router at our office and users can access their PC at the office from home with RDP. Now when they want to access a machine in office use the 210.XX.XX15:port

We want to put a RED device in office to connect the office with our datacenter and setup the RED in Standard/Split Mode.

Question,

When the RED is in place how users will access thier machines? whitch IP address should they use? can they use the current IP 210.XX.XX.15 or they must use the IP of the UTM at the datacenter and we should setup NAT rules for the machines in the office?

Thanks
