Why my UTM does not resolve AWS ELB or example names (google.com)

Hello

I have a UTM but when wanting to do a Network object, it does not solve the Balancers (AWS ELB) and it does not solve the names like google.com, etc, making the requests in support tools I throw a ping and it does not solve the error of (The ping check did not provide any results, due to a non-existent host name / IP address.)
What can it be or how can it be solved?

Hola, Arturo, and welcome to the UTM Community!

CentralOps.net did not find an IP for internal-motpag-1450149284.us-west-2.elb.amazonaws.com, nor could I ping it from our UTM instance in AWS. I had no trouble with google.com.

How does your setup differ from DNS best practice?

You have two google dns servers, but you checked "Use Forwarders Assigned by ISP"

Result: You are not using Google DNS

My ISP cant resolve some Mail-servers, their poor dns server put me in trouble with the emails
