Auto disconnect SSL-VPN when idle

Hi,

We have UTM-9 with SSL-VPN configured. I've noticed that once users connect they can stay on for hours at a time and that there's no auto disconnect setting when idle on the UTM.

I opened a ticket with Sophos support and they forwarded me to OpenVPN man pages to review how to configure client side for this. I've tried various combos to no avail.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

That would make a great a feature request to have a disconnect on idle setting included possibly in the authentication module of the UTM. You may submit a request here

Unfortunately, we do not support configuration changes on OpenVPN
