Is there any good guide for QoS under UTM? I am a little confused on under Sophos UTM

For Download:

Where can i apply this traffic selector? under bandwidth pool or download throttle?

And for the Upload: ?????

this will be the config?

Source: Internal network

Service: Any

Destination: Internet IPV4

Is this correct?
