Where can I see what version of Snort Rules is installed ?.

Does Snort update automatically ?

    I am running UTM Version 9.412

    and my installeds Version of snort is:

    .../var/sec/chroot-snort-2976-02/sbin # ./snort -V

    ,,_ -*> Snort! <*-
    o" )~ Version 2.9.7.6 GRE (Build 285)
