Would you tell us what kind of configuration you have done? Please check what has been added to the Local Networks for the SSL VPN profile in your Sophos UTM9 configuration.

Please note that you are using Sophos XG Firewall. There's a dedicated forum for that here https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/.

Please uncheck Use Gateway Specific Default NAT Policy and check. Also, make sure that traffic passes through this firewall rule using packet capture in the GUI.

If i will uncheck this option (Gateway Specific Default NAT Policy) then i need to reconfigure the configuration file for all the user or it will work with older configuration file

and what about below option,i mean it is fine or not
