uTorrent Default DROP

Hi All,

Here again!

I am struggling to get uTorrent to work correctly. I have enabled a rule for inbound and outbound in the firewall. But im still seeing loads of this in the logs (for example)?

21:30:37 Default DROP TCP
172.16.0.99 : 49328
95.35.154.185 : 8999

[SYN] len=64 ttl=63 tos=0x00 srcmac=dc:a9:04:73:30:42 dstmac=00:0c:29:28:06:f5
21:30:37 Default DROP Bittorrent
172.16.0.99 : 26085
81.187.12.229 : 26085

len=58 ttl=64 tos=0x00 srcmac=dc:a9:04:73:30:42 dstmac=00:0c:29:28:06:f5
21:30:38 Default DROP TCP
172.16.0.99 : 49337
81.107.162.156 : 57116

[SYN] len=64 ttl=63 tos=0x00 srcmac=dc:a9:04:73:30:42 dstmac=00:0c:29:28:06:f5
This is the firewall setup
Its downloading ok, but its very slow. Could something else be stopping this in the UTM?

  • Neil, alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly.  Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file.  Please post one line corresponding to the bittorrent line above.

Also, show us pictures of the Edits of the "TorrentOut" and "Torrent" Services.

    Cheers - Bob
