UTM / Multi WAN / VOIP

Hey Guys,

we are having issues with Multi WAN Connections and UTMs. We set up Multipath Rules, NATs for all the needed Ports for the specific ISP WAN Connection (for VOIP).

Its generally working fine, but however over night sometimes Customers having the issue that the Audio Connection is not working. I spoke with Telephone Experts and they told me that at PBX etc. and all SIP Connections there is everything fine.

At the Moment I assume that after a DSL 24h Disconnection the Reverse NAT is going to the Wrong WAN Interface, so that this issue appears. After reconnecting the SIPs everything is working fine again.

It appears at Multiple Customers so I assume that we have maybe a Configuration fault.

Any advice would be cool, thx in Advance.

  • Hallo Jonas,

I'm not "seeing" what you mean by "the Reverse NAT is going to the Wrong WAN Interface" and "reconnecting the SIPs."
