QoS doesn't seem to work properly

Hi everybody ! 
 
 I encounter some trouble to configure QoS on my SOPHOS UTM. 
 
 Here are the problem : 
 - I followed step by step this "how to" to create my QoS rule : 
 * I created a Traffic selector rule (source : InternetIPv4, service : all, destination : my lan)

* Then I created a Download Throttling rule with a limit set to 4096 Kbit/s, limit shared with all the host on the network

* I activated QoS on both interface (WAN and LAN)

- When I check my download speed thanks to speedtest.net, I've the correct speed (4Mb/s - 512KB/s), but when I download a big file (~2GByte), the UTM doesn't do his job and I get my file under 5 minutes (download speed ~15MByte)

(Mo/s = MB/s) 
 
 So what did I do wrong ??

 P.S. : thinking to a problem with the firmware, I upgraded it to the last one published (9.506-2), but my problem is still present :/

Salut Jean-Charles and welcome to the UTM Community! 
 Try with your Traffic Selector in a Bandwidth Pool with an upper bandwidth limit on the Lan_Pedagogique interface. Any better luck with that?
