Hi, I am trying to set local DNS I want to achieve this hostname IP DNS windows1 192.168.1.2 windows1.local.domain.com game1 192.168.1.3 game1.local.domain.com ubuntu1 192.168.1.4 ubuntu1.local.domain.com 192.168.1.5 tv1.local.domain.com Some device does not have hostname, but all are set in static maping (so i can use that for dns example tv1) I am using Sophos UTM 9.506-2 Thank you for advice

Hi, You can create static entries on your UTM under Network Services > DNS > Static Entries or through Definitions & Users > Network Definitions (both lead to the same configuration page). Cheers, Karlos

Hi, I am trying to set local DNS

I want to achieve this

hostname	IP	DNS
windows1	192.168.1.2	windows1.local.domain.com
game1	192.168.1.3	game1.local.domain.com
ubuntu1	192.168.1.4	ubuntu1.local.domain.com
	192.168.1.5	tv1.local.domain.com

Hi,

You can create static entries on your UTM under Network Services > DNS > Static Entries or through Definitions & Users > Network Definitions (both lead to the same configuration page).

Hi,
