Scanning with a Device in a different VLAN

I've a All-in-one Device (Scanner) -> HP OfficeJet 4500

which is located in VLAN A

now I try to scan from a Computer in VLAN B

following the Information from HP for scanning are UDP Port 427 and TCP Ports 9220 and 9500 used.

I created therefore 3 DNAT Rules, but it don't works.

any Idea what I've to change?

Hi Andreas,

Change the DNAT to a Full-NAT. Any help?

Hi Saching,

yes, now it works.

I'm stupid, because two were UPD Ports and one an TCP Port which means -> maybe to set the UDP as DNAT and the TCP as SNAT would work too.

therefore wouldn't a Full-NAT needed.

whatever, it works :-)
