Show blocking time of a user

Hello community,

 

i have a user who insert a wrong 2fa authentication due to wrong time settings in his mobile. He did this multiple times. On user page and via vpn.

Due to our settings he will be blocked after 4 attempts for 10 minutes.

This was hours ago. Yet he still can't login on user page or via vpn.

 

So first question will these blocking times be stacked?

Second one is there an overview of blocked users and there rest blocking time?

 

We use a utm9 SG210

 

Connection worked this other credentials. User can login to other services normally. Time on mobile was set correctly and 2fa code was checked on a different mobile.
