VPN SSL UTM9 to Mikrotik

How to make VPN SSL(or IPSEC RSA) connection between UTM9 to Mikrotik ?

    Finaly I have time to do IPSEC VPN. Connection is working. But I have small problem. I can ping from Sophos to Mikrotik network but can't ping any PC from Mikrotik to Sophos network. I created FW rules and accept all connections from any IP on both routers but stil don't work. When I use traceroute from Mikrotik to Sophos local netwok I saw that all traffic goes to provider routers. Why traffic not goes to Sophos ?

    Checked it, thanx. Everything works fine.

    I used instruction from the Mikrotik forum.
