Outgoing mails are not reported in Sophos UTM 9

I am configured mail protection in a Sophos UTM 9 mounted on AWS, the incoming emails already pass through the UTM. My problem is with outgoing emails, since they do not go through the UTM, for which it does not block outgoing SPAM emails. (The mail servers that I am using are hosted in a hosting)

  • Hi Grover and welcome to the UTM Community!

    Ask your mail hosting service if your outbound mails can go to your smart host (the UTM's SMTP Proxy).

    I'm currently testing with Office 365 and zoho. In office 365 I configured the connectors but it
    did not work for me. As for zoho, I configured the smart hosts, and the emails managed
    to get to UTM, but the emails are not sent, they remain in the UTM waiting. What could I be doing wrong?
