  • Hi,

    It's difficult. Maybe create a new profile für gmail and yahoo and send it back to your mailserver.

    But this works only for all senders to this domains.

  • Hi,

    Ok, is it possible to create a policy like,,

    From sender,  @myaccount.com is only send to yahoo.com & gmail.com, and at the same time, @myaccount.com will be allowed to send rest of any other domain mail, like rediff.com, zoho.com, etc....

    Example:

    user1@myaccount.com, ----> is allowed to ---> user1@yahoo.com, & user1@gmail.com

    user1@myaccount.com, ----> deny/drop to ---> any other domain

  • And,

    From sender,  @myaccount.com is only allowed send to yahoo.com & gmail.com, and at the same time, @myaccount.com will be allowed to send rest of any other domains, like rediff.com, zoho.com, etc....

    Example:

    user1@myaccount.com, ----> is allowed to ---> user1@yahoo.com, & user1@gmail.com

    user1@myaccount.com, ----> deny/drop to ---> any other domain

  • Hi, Raj, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    It's not possible to do what you want with the UTM.  As CS said, it's all or nothing for all emails.  Your mail server might have a way to do this.

  • Hi Balfson,

    Yes, i agree with your points, but i think, it is possible to create a default policy to drop all the mail domain, and then we will create the customized policy as per the user allowed domain list...

    Like,

    Policy 1:

    From the Default mail domain "@myaccount.com---> to Any---> drop.

    Policy 2:

    From @myaccount.com---> gmail.com, yahoo.com--->Allow

    Policy 3:

    From user1@myaccount.com--->rediff.com---Allow..

    So as per the above policies, if suppose, user1@myaccount.com is trying to send as email to @hotmain.com, he will get the drop email notification.

    Thanks,...
