Confirmed Spam. Catching 95% of emails

Hi,

Since Friday afternoon the UTM has been rejecting nearly all mail under the Confirmed Spam heading. Was rejecting emails in both directions.

Sophos support as thus far been useless. Currently on hold after calling back a 3rd time.

I am currently having to release mail from the Quarantined list every few minutes.

The bounce you get from the UTM is "550 Administrative prohibition" I've seen posts about this in the past where a patch had to be issued.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

    Unlike system Up2Dates, we can't see when a pattern update is scheduled.  If you're still having this issue Monday morning, se sure to get Sophos Support involved.
