i have an issue , i can't see the incoming email in mail log manager
I don't understand what you are looking at and what question you have that pushes you to look at incoming mail.

If the mail is not listed, it did not get processed by UTM spam filter.
i have the same issue after switching to XG i dont know what to enable to see the incoming emails in SMTP log
