550 Administrative prohibition (in reply to DATA command) on OOO-Mails

When I send a mail to an external recipient and he replys with an Out Of Office-Mail, our postfix (which manage our incoming Mails) can't forward it to sophos utm.

Log-Entry: status=bounced (host sophos.xxxxxx.de[<IP>] said: 550 Administrative prohibition (in reply to DATA command))

What's bad configured in my UTM?

Yes, BATV is activated.

Add. info:

Sophos send mails to internet, but incoming mails take other way: internet --> postfix --> sophos --> exch.

Maybe is this the problem?

Hi Bob,

when I disable BATV, OOO-Mails were received. But I think this is less secure, receiving more Junk, right?

I don't think this kind of denial of service attempt happens any more, so I'm comfortable leaving it off if a client wants to receive all OOO emails.
