How can I detect a phishing attempt in the Header Field "From" ?

Hi,

is there any way to detect following phishing attempt?

Correct: From: "John Doe" <John.Doe@company.tld>

Phishing: From: "John Doe <John.Doe@company.tld>" <Phishing@mail.tld>

I thought of something like block Mail if Character '@' is within the quotation marks.

Or is there a better solution for these attempts ?
