Problem with Confidentiality Footer in HTML Mails (Nothing or Attachment)

Hello,

We want to introduce a Confidentiality Footer into our outgoing mails.

Unfortunately in our companys Standard signature there is an Image, so we are sending only HTML mails.

If I configure the footers mode to inline Nothing happens so far, nevertheless if converted or not. If I set the footers mode to MIME type the footer is attached as a TXT file, which also is not very nice.

Is there any possibility to attach the text even to a HTML Mail.

The Mail-System sending those HTML mails is Groupwise 2018 and we have UTM Version 9.510-5 running.

The best way to handle this is to apply the footer as part of the company standard signature, Adding text at the UTM will break any DKIM signatures that are applied prior to UTM.
