Safe to delete old tmp file in var/up2date/sys?

Hi,

I seem to have a tmp file from and old update stuck in the sys directory on my SG230. It's taking up about 160MB and I'd like to kill it.

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 162829404 Nov  8 17:06 u2d-sys-9.316004-317005.tgz.gpg.1fad19bd2539a1d7162fd4f5ddae5a27.tmp

I'm well past here with my updates, and I just want to make sure there's not some reason I'm missing that I should leave it there.

Thanks,

Jeff

  • None that I can think of, it should be some residual file from a failed update download. If in doubt, move it to another location first and delete it after a few days, but it's fairly safe to remove this file.
