Aplyling Upgrade key to SG135 fails with Upgrade Key error

Hi, trying to apply an upgrade key to an SG135 which I forgot about in spring. The base licence is there, the 36 month Full Guard licence is missing. The SG is in the licence portal with all service subscriptions disabled. When I try to use Apply Upgrade Key I receive the error in the screenshot. Any ideas?
