we have this problam since update firmware 9.502-4 can not receive whith outlook mail and can not join to doamin !

    Hi, Ahmad, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    Look at the other threads here about 9.5 and you will see that joining the domain fixes most problems with 9.502.  If you still need help, please insert a picture of the message you get when you try to rejoin with valid credentials.
