Trying to install 9.203003, but version 9.204019 is required for this up2date package.

This is the message I get when I execute :

/sbin/auisys.plx --showsec

From the following site : https://download.astaro.com/UTM/v9/up2date/

I've download and uploaded any 9.2 file and uploaded it via the webgui.

Files are located in: /var/up2date/sys

1) What do I need to do so I can update to 9.3 and onwards?

2) Any ways I can get SSH running so i can copy and paste some commands via putty and/or upload files via filezilla.

seems like it was missing 2 other packages:

downloaded them to get the update process going.

Hallo Michael and welcome to the UTM Community!

Those version of 9.2 are over 6 years old. I'm surprised that you didn't run out of enough space in the root partition to complete these Up2Dates.

Every time I see those old versions, I ask myself why not make a fresh installation with an up to date ISO and restore a backup configuration?

Because I did not receive this advise from sophos chat support.

So make a backup of config, make a new one then restore config is easier and works across this many version e.g. 9.2 all the way to 9.7?

Correct, Michael. If I remember correctly, V7.5 or newer can be restored to the current version. Make sure you get several backups off the unit before installing a new version on it as the first thing that happens in the install process is the disk is reformatted.
