SG135 Hardware issues

Hi together

In the last 3 weeks I had 3 Sophos SG 135 (rev.1 / rev.2) which had a hardware defect and must be replaced over an RMA.

The behaviour was the following: after a reboot the Sophos was not boot correctly. All of the LEDs on the front of the device were blinking correct but I was not able to connect over LAN, COM and it doesn't display anything on the screen when I connect it to a monitior.

I was not able to reinstall it with the Sophos Stick and even a reset was not working.

I this bad luck or is there a know issue with this hardware?

Does anybody has similar problems with this type of hardware?

Possible the INTEL SOC-Error.

Intel don't allow Vendors to inform users about affected devices.

So in this case we can do nothing to prevent our cusotmers from this issue am I right?
