automatically delete user account

Hi,
i created local authenticated user , and give it HTML5 VPN Portal remote access credential. 
but after awhile it’s automatically removed and after searching the user
i found this message 
"Last changed at 2019-05-07, 17:28 by screenmgr (127.0.0.1)"
So what is "screenmgr" it seem to be local admin.

    Does any user have WebAdmin access via the HTML5 Portal, Mostafa?  What do you see in the HTML5VPN log on 2019-05-07 at 17:28?
