Telekom Surfstick LTE V

Hallo,

hatte bis dato den o.g. Stick an einer SG 105 stecken, der Stick wurde von der SG erkannt und stand in der UTM Oberfläche als Hardware Schnittstelle zur Verfügung, ich konnte eine Verbindung einrichten (habe die Verbindung aber nie benutzt) - soweit alles ok.

Nun habe ich den Surfstick heute abgesteckt, um eine andere SIM Karte einzulegen und nun wird der Stick von der SG 105 nicht mehr erkannt. Habe auch mit angestecktem Stick einen Reboot gemacht.

Was kann da sein, bzw. wo kann ich einen eventuellen Fehler finden (logs o.ä.)?

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    Have you tried deleting the Interface definition and re-creating it?

    thank you for your answer, sorry for the late reply. After some on- and off and testing with a laptop the stick is available again, I can create an interface and I can see the wwan0 in dashboard again.
    Unfortunately the stick is still not connecting: the sticks' LED show me a LTE registered device. With a laptop I can create a connection and recharge a dayflat on the stick. no problem. Within UTM I declared the stick as the first active interface in "Interfaces & Routing -> Interfaces -> Uplink balance"

    Settings for the interface:
    Type: 3G/UMTS
    Hardware: theStick
    Network: LTE
    IPv4DefaultGW: checked
    PIN: xxxx
    APN: internet.telekom
    User: telekom
    Pass: telekom
    Ident: *99#

    Extended:
    ATZ
    ATZ
    1500
    20

    The stick does not connect, in dashboard it states Status: Off, Link: Off
    Does anybody know the correct settings for surfsticks from german telekom? I found different information for APN, user and password, even a technician from Telekom gave me different credentials. I tried a lot of combination, taken from Telekom website.
    Or did I forget another setting in UTM to get the stick working?

    danke für deine Antwort, sorry für die späte Rückmeldung! Nach einigen Hin- und Her ist der Stick jetzt verfügbar - zumindest kann ich damit eine Verbindung erstellen und wwan0 ist im Dashboard wieder sichtbar.
    Aber leider verbindet sich der Stick nicht: Die LED des Sticks zeigt eine Registrierung im LTE Netz. Am Laptop kann ich mit dem Stick erfolgreich eine Verbindung herstellen und eine Prepaid Tagesflat buchen, kein Problem. Den Stick (eigentlich ein Fallback) habe ich zum Testen unter Uplink-Ausgleich als aktive Schnittstelle definiert.

    Einstellungen in der UTM für den Stick siehe oben.

    Der Stick verbindet sich nicht, im Dashboard bei Status steht Status: Aus, Link: Aus
    Kennt jemand die definitiven Einstellungen für Surfsticks von der Telekom? Habe bzgl. APN, User und Pass unterschiedliche Angaben gefunden, sogar ein Telekomtechniker hat mir wieder etwas anderes gesagt. Ich habe viele Kombinationen ausprobiert (von der Telekom Webseite).
    Oder habe ich in der SG noch etwas vergessen?
