Unterstützung RT3070L WLAN Karte

Hallo zusammen,

vor einigen Tagen habe ich mir für den Betrieb meiner Sophos UTM Home (9.501-5) einen Qotom Q190G4N zugelegt. Soweit läuft alles perfekt, bis auf die WLAN Karte.

Bei der verbauten Karte handelt es sich um eine USB 2.0 half size miniPCIe Karte RT3070L (genaue Bezeichnung und Hersteller habe ich nicht gefunden). Die Karte wird per lsusb angezeigt:

ID 13d3:3273 IMC Networks 802.11 n/g/b Wireless LAN USB Mini-Card

 

Allerdings fehlen die entsprechenden Kernel- Module. Vermutlich deshalb wird sie im WebAdmin nicht angezeigt. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Treiber irgendwie selbst zu kompilieren?

    There's no way to add other drivers.  The only cards you can use are the two Atheros cards used in the SG 1x5w appliances.  Try a Google on:

    site:community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/f/hardware-installation-up2date-licensing atheros

    Hi Bob,

    vielen Dank für die Antwort.

    Qotom unterstützt unüblicherweise leider nur Karten, die per USB Protokoll kommunizieren. Der Slot ist allerdings mini PCIe. Nach meinen Recherchen scheint es hier nur Karten mit dem oben genannten Chipsatz zu geben.

    Ich nutze als Lösung jetzt einfach einen TP-Link Archer C50 als AP.
