VOIP Anrufe klingeln, man kann abheben/annehmen nur ich höre nichts und der andere auch nicht

Hallo zusammen,

ich probiere erneut unser VOIP Telefon hinter der UTM (9.403) zum laufen zu bringen:

Die Konfig sieht wie folgt aus:

Beide HOSTs angelegt:

VOIP Phone per DHCP Static (192.168.6.3)

DTAG Host: tel.t-online.de -> resolved (momentan: 217.0.23.36)

Service Definitions angelegt:
UDP: Ports 5060, 5070, 5080, 30000-31000, 40000-41000, 3478, 3479

Network Protection -> 2 neue Firewall Rules angelegt 
VOIP Phone -> 5060, 30000:31000, 40000:41000, 3478, 3479 -> DTAG HOST 
Any -> 5070, 5080, 30000:31000, 40000:41000 -> Internal Network

Hat jemand einen tip warum ich und der andere Gesprächspartner nichts hören?!

    You haven't opened the ports for RTP - 5004 is blocked in the log lines you show above.

    Hallo Harold,

    wie Bob bereit sagte, offensichtlich wird hier gerade port 5004 UDP geblockt.

    Über SIP 5060 oder besser SIP over SSL 5061 wird die Vewrbindung ausgehandelt.

    ... es klingelt ... abheben wird signalisiert ... usw.

    Dann wird zwischen den Partnern oder zwischen dem zentralen Server und jedem Gesprächsprtner eine RTP Verbindung aufgebaut ... und zwar eine Verbindung pro Richtung.

    Darin werden dann die Töne übertragen. Da diese RTP Verbindungen nicht zustande kommen, ist nicht zu hören. Manchmal wird auch nur 1 RTP Verbindung aufgebaut, dann hört einer nix.

    Wenn Port 5004 und damit RTP erlaubt wird könnte es besser werden.

    Der Port wird aber (normalerweise) ausgehandelt, es kann also beim nächsten Versuch ein anderer als 5004 sein.

    Eventuell ist eine korrekte Konfiguration von "network Protection/VoIP" hilfreich, dann kann der Ausgehandelte Anteil erkannt und Verbindungen sinnvoll gehandhabt werden.

    danke fuer die ausfuehrliche Erklaerung :-)

    Werde ich erweitern :-)

    Hast Du mir evtl einen Link oder weitere Infos was die korrekte Konfig von VOIP unter Network Protection bedeutet bzw was genau alles notwendig ist fuer eine korrekte Konfig.
