UTM verbindet mich zu falscher IP

Hallo Community,

 

ich habe gerade ein kleines Problem, dass die UTM mich zu einer falschen IP umleitet. Zum Aufbau:

 

An meiner UTM hängt in der DMZ ein Server (192.168.20.101) auf dem Nextcloud läuft. Dieser Server ist natürlich durch Firewallregeln extern erreichbar. In meiner Domain, habe ich einen A-Record von cloud.domain.tld auf meine öffentliche IP (z.B. 1.2.3.4). In der UTM habe ich natürlich den Host angelegt (Hostname: cloud.domain.tld, IP: 192.168.20.101).

Die ganze Zeit war es nun auch so, dass wenn ich cloud.domain.tld angepingt habe, dass ich eine Antwort bekam von 192.168.20.101. Nun habe ich vor einigen Tagen festgestellt, dass mir nun die IP 1.2.3.4 antwortet. 

Mache ich ein nslookup auf cloud.domain.tld, wird mir 192.168.20.101 angezeigt. Was läuft hier schief? An der Konfiguration wurde nichts geändert.

    It is a DNS lookup that determines the IP address.   The ping command displays the lookup result and then sends the ping to the associated IP address.   So you have a DNS issue.

    Possibilities that come to mind:

    • The server is using an external DNS server such as Google or Quad9 for all DNS lookups.
    • The server is using UTM for DNS, and UTM has a host entry that associates that FQDN with the public IP
    • The server is using UTM for DNS, and UTM has a DNS hosts entry for the FQDN, and the DNS lookup is resolved by an external DNS server.

    OK then the UTM has a DNS issue. How do I fix that?

    • UTM is my DNS server in my network
    • no other DNS servers in my network
    • UTM has an entry cloud.domain.tld to 192.168.20.101

     

    Info: this morning it's working correctly again.
