Sophos RED10 verliert dauernd verbindung

Hallo Zusammen,

 

ich habe leider ein Problem mit meiner Sophos Red10.

Nachdem ich sie eingerichtet habe bzw wahrscheinlich schon wärenddessen, verliert sie dauern die verbindung. Hier der Auszug aus dem LogFile.

    Hallo Max,

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    This is most likely a router/firewall between the UTM and the RED that's not letting the UDP traffic pass between the two.  If you're not seeing blocks in your equipment, check with your ISP to make sure they let UDP 3400 and UDP 3410 pass.  UDP 3410 is used by RED 15 & 50.  The RED 10 will be end-of-life soon.

    Hi Bob,

     

    danke es war der Port 3400 der noch geblockt wurde habe den 3410 schon drin gehabt da ich auch eine RED15 betreibe.
