When will the Support webservice be back up and working?

I have been trying to log a support case via the web portal and have received the error below for about a week now:

Support case webservice down at the moment.
Please try again later

When will the service be back online? I don't really want to log this call via phone.

  • Tony, I used it yesterday and today.  I just received an email acknowledgement for case #7734068.
