Sophos UTM 9 and Sharp MX Network Printer

Hi,

I have a client with Sophos UTM 9 (Standard PC Build, 4GB Ram, Intel core i3, dual NICS) and everything appers to be working correctly apart from network printing.

The printer is a Sharp MX2610N Network printer and has a static IP Address of 192.168.2.150 and I am able to add the printer and connect to its web interface, yet none of the computers are able to print to it.

This is happening on Windows 7 and Windows 10 PC's

I don't have another printer on this network to test it with.

Does anyone have any suggestions or any pointers. I could be missing something, but any help would be appreciated.

The PC's are not connected with the printer through Sophos UTM, why you think is a UTM problem?

Load correct drivers for windows 7, 10 tell to your "client"
