High SWAP usage & poor webadmin performance in 9.502

Hi, I updated from 9.4x to 9.502 33 days ago.

Recently, my system has been getting slower and slower in the WebAdmin. The only thing I see is that SWAP usage is much higher than before.

It appears (from the graphs) to have started growing on Sept 1; perhaps something to do with Monthly Reports? (note I have always had them enabled and didn't have this issue before 9.5x)

Yearly Memory graphs; note the swap is currently higher than ever:

As a side note, it has not downloaded 9.503 yet for some reason.
