Currently having extreme bandwidth issues when in-line with the UTM, has been this way from the start but thought it was due to applications being turned on (i.e. IPS, Web filter, AV etc) but after disabling all applications for testing purpose no increase was found.
I have installed the UTM 9 on Dell Workstation Hardware, with the specifications below. I have conducted three tests as diagramed below, all tests where from same location using hardwired connection with a package download of 25MB.
We expected a decrease in bandwidth, but nothing this level. Any ideas?

Pentium Dual-Core E5800 3.20 GHz
4.00 GB RAM
UTM Version (9.413-4)
3.57 % Average CPU Usage
25.00 % Average Ram Usage
My current ISP (Cox Communications) package has 150 / 10 bandwidth.
Modem > UTM>Netgear (AP / Switch Mode Only)>Workstation:
Minimum = .34 KBPS
Middle = 1.41 MPBS
Maximum = 5.24 MBPS
Average = 518 KPBS
Modem > UTM > Workstation:
Minimum = 4.98 MBPS
Middle = 5.09 MBPS
Maximum = 5.24 MBPS
Average = 5.1 MBPS
Modem > Workstation:
Minimum = 42.8 MBPS
Middle = 100.6 MBPS
Maximum = 131.07 MBPS
Average = 89.3 MBPS
